Hulu heaven

I love being an early adopter! I received my invitation to hulu.com's beta today. Check out the selection of free online TV and movies, below. It is awesome! For lo these many years Kirsten and I have had a TV-free existence. Now TV is creeping into our lives through the internet.

I contend internet TV is not the same boob tube experience, however. Choosing which show to watch means less time watching schlock and no channel surfing. Also, when a show is over it's over. There's not the same chance to entice the viewer into watching the next show and the next show. It's easier to turn it off and go to sleep.

This really is a brave new world, where only the truly great shows will survive. I have seen the future and it is beautiful.
